Loving, NM and began a family of their own, having six wonderful children. Tina loved being
surrounded by her family, and had a special love for her grandchildren. She meant more to them
than just a grandmother, she was their “mommy”. Over the years, her home was the hub for her
siblings to gather and stay connected. She helped to create unity and peace, and passed down to
her children the significance of family being together. Tina was a faithful and active member at
Our Lady of Grace Parish; she endlessly gave of herself. She was a member of the Choir, a
Eucharist Minister, Lecter, member of Altar Society, and always volunteered her time any way
she could. Tina also enjoyed bingo, dancing, and cooking, especially known for her delicious
homemade tamales and empanadas. One of her ways of showing love was through her meals,
which she fed her family and many others throughout her lifetime. Tina was very fond of her pet
birds. Throughout her life she always had various birds in her house, whether it was parrots,
